In a new series we'll focus on Rewarding Employees  - Everyone wants to be appreciated.  Many supervisors today are overworked, stressed and don't think to stop and thank those that serve them. The number one reason for attrition in the workplace is low morale. Make your work place motivating, productive and fulfilling. We'll share some new ideas for awhile to make it happen in your world. 

Rewards don't' have to be expensive or even cost…try the following for more smiles and harder workers  in your day.

• Call an employee into your office just to thank them and don't discuss anything else. 
• Post a Thank you note on your employee's door when praise is due them. 

Draw up a note card...Let employees pass it around to other coworkers when they want to praise each other.
