  • Any  resume submitted for consideration will be reviewed based on our standards for marketability to our contracting employers.  Not all applicants will be contacted immediately in response or requested for an interview in our office.  A response is issued to your email submittal to alert you of our receipt.  

  • Candidate reached by our search process are considered by the same standards as self solicited resumes.

  • Candidates are interviewed in our offices or by phone depending on nature of the staffing need.  

  • Assessments, if required, are sent to your email address to be completed at your convenience. 

  • Should it be determined that you are a candidate for a particular job opening, you will be  apprised of the job description and company attributes, location and pay range.  This information will include: job title, company background, business conditions, reporting relationships, location, and responsibilities of the position.

  • Your Staffing Specialist will ensure that you receive confidentiality.  Discretion is used at all times when the search consultant shares information about candidates to a prospective employer.    

  • When a candidate submits credentials for a specific opportunity represented by MSR, the  search consultant may choose not to present a candidate based on a professional judgment, that the you are not  qualified or not an appropriate fit for the client company's position.  Candidates who are not offered the position can expect that their files will be kept confidential by the search consultant and the client company.   

  • Personal data shared with MSR will not be shared for any other reason beside employment consideration.

  • All interview and assessment scheduling between our client companies and candidates will be conducted by your search consultant.

  • All candidates will be given feedback following an interview with the client company as soon as it is made available to your staffing specialist and be kept abreast of their candidacy status throughout the process. 

  • Reference checks will not be completed without the candidate's approval.  No action will ever be taken by the search consultant to jeopardize the candidate's present position.  All offers are contingent upon successful completion of reference checks and/or special testing as requested by the client company. 

  • A staffing specialist will stay in touch with you even after the placement is made to ensure your continued satisfaction with your new employment relationship.
