Equally as important as finding available talent is the process to ensure that the prospective person is a "best fit" placement for our clients. We use a variety of personal and technical tests to determine the suitability of a candidate. We assess all candidates in a variety of ways, including:

• Face-to-face interviews: More than 90% of our candidates have been personally interviewed onsite at MATRIX.
• Performance grades from past client engagements
• Technical skills assessment testing

We partner with a computer-based assessment service available to help us qualify new candidates.  We currently use over 80 tests to measure current skills proficiency - not potential.  The tests use actual program code and compare each candidate to others who have taken the test.
