Getting to Know Our Process

We encourage you to apply for any position that interests you and for which you may be qualified.  We will review the information to determine your qualifications and we will contact you to discuss the opportunity before we forward your resume to our client. Our staff  maintains an active database of resumes and all referral activity of your credentials. We always search our database for potential candidates first for all new job requirements. It is unlikely that all the positions that are listed with us are posted on our career page because often we can source immediately from our inventory of resumes without advertising the position. For that reason having your resume in our database means you will have the best opportunity to be matched to a job requirement.

We will never submit your resume for a position without first contacting you and discussing the position available. With your approval, we will then submit your information to the client. You will be required to do an initial phone screen and an in-person interview with one of our recruiters prior to any submission. We will also verify personal and professional references. This pre-screening process allows us to submit our top candidates for each position. 

You will never pay a fee!  The fees are paid by the client and not the candidate!  We will counsel you in interviewing techniques, resume building and interview appearance. We spend time with the you to understand what your career goals are to ensure the opening fits your criteria.
