Search Process

Our recruiters will work with your company every step of the way to ensure an efficient, productive and timely process and help you avoid an extensive paper trail of unqualified candidates. 

  • We will equally provide your company's staffing needs with anonymity to assist you with avoiding competitive breaches.
  • Develop a detailed job description as well as an assessment of the workplace demographics and the client management style to ensure we submit compatible personality styles.
  • Conduct the search assignment in accordance with the timeline of your staffing needs.
  • Advise on market trends for compensation packages for the target position within the industry.
  • Recruit and interview candidates ultimately producing 1-5 candidates for your consideration that will accurately fit your needs.
  • Present written profiles of viable candidates to the client in accordance with the timelines.  Profiles will include:
    • Resume
    • Interview summary
    • Summary of candidate's attributes
    • Assessment Scores - if required
  • Schedule all initial and follow up candidate/client interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and provide feedback to client upon completion of the interview process.
  • Provide diplomatic feedback to those candidates not chosen for hire on clients behalf.
  • Conduct and present a written summary of reference checks.
  • Prepare a written offer of employment detailing all agreed to terms between final candidate and client company.
  • Facilitate/negotiate the employment offer to the final candidate.
  • Assist final candidate in resigning from current company and prepare candidate to deal with the possibility of a counteroffer to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Follow up with both placed candidate  and client company periodically to ensure satisfaction with the new relationship.
