Her company has been located on the seacoast of NH since 1986. The area is thriving with several small progressive communities with many different types of businesses from government contractors to manufacturers to large insurance companies, several hospitals and a myriad of small privately owned organizations. Her applicant inventory is built from 72% referral.
In addition to her ever growing list of clients, together with her staff, she has grown a strong staffing partnership for a government subcontractor for seasonal office employees that has grown to 100+ temps working 3 shifts, 24/7, in just a few years.
She has been a featured speaker for NAPS, NEAPS, NNEAPS, GAPS, Hireability , RecruiterEarth.com and NISA as well as many civic and universities groups. Equally she serves as staffing expert for community and municipal offices. She is an advisor to the University of NH Career Department as well as many community colleges and high schools. In addition to her recruiting business she provides staffing success training and mentoring as well as a human resources consulting program for small businesses in NH and Maine.
Tracey Madden graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration and also has certifications in Organization Relations, Labor Law and Human Resources. She continues her long standing commitment to her state association collaborative as a Director for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services where she serves as Treasurer and assists with planning for the New England Association of Personnel Services Annual Conference, NEAPS.
Marissa DeAngelis, CTS
Senior Staffing Resources Specialist, Since 1998
Marissa began her employment with McIntosh Staffing Resources as a temporary office support employee in March of 1998. She was assigned in many different capacities amongst our employer clients. Being recognized for her proactive campaign for efficiency, excellent customer support and administrative skills she was eventually hired here as our Administrative Coordinator.
Within a few years she was promoted to Staffing Resource Specialist and now holds the position of Senior Staffing Resource Specialist. Having maintained tenure with McIntosh Staffing Resources it allows her to have a tremendous knowledge of our client philosophies and cultures allowing keen insight to the compatibility factors with our job seekers.
Most imperative to achieving the esteem as one of the areas leading Staffing Resource Specialists, she achieved certification for the Temporary Staffing Industry in February of 2004 as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. This certification ensures that she is abreast and maintains all the latest information on contract and labor law.
Equally, Marissa is a graduate of McIntosh College in Dover, NH with an Associate Degree.
Her responsibilities include applicant relations, employer relations, business development, interviewing, career placement, administrative development, payroll processing, and management of government contracts.
Staffing Resources Specialist, Since 2009
Lisa has been providing expert advice and placement services to our clients and applicants for over 2 years. She possesses a vast amount of knowledge in the Human Resources field that ranges from recruiting, to employee benefits, labor law and employee assistance programs. She began her career in the US Air Force where she worked in the Social Actions office assisting with Equal Opportunity and Sexual Harassment claims. From there she moved onto a Human Resources Representative position with Timberland in Exeter where she oversaw all of the companies employee benefit programs as well as being responsible for the coordination and recruiting for all the temporary staffing. She has the experience from the "other side of the desk" she can empathize with your need for efficiency and understand the time sensitivity of your staffing needs. She manages our Light Industrial Placement division while additionally providing search and administrative functions for our organization.
Administrative Coordinator Since 2009
Esther is the smile behind the voice when you call our office. She manages all the daily processes we use to provide a solid and productive resource for your staffing needs. Esther spent the first half of her career in senior retail management which gave her an excellent foundation for customer relations and how to provide timely resolution to any challenge. Following that she joined the Dover, NH Chamber of Commerce where she wore a variety of hats for over a decade. Although she held the title of Administrative Coordinator she got involved with Membership, Finance, Events, and organizing and assisting with Board Member efforts. This experience combined with her dedicated character gives us a stable foundation for our staffing services.
