This position should last until May or June and the hours will fluctuate between 27-35 hours so flexibility is key. Qualified candidates will have a proven work history in A/P as well as proficiency with QuickBooks. Responsiblities include but not limited to A/P, reconciliations, matching POs to bills, and more.
This P/T position has the perfect schedule! Work Monday through Thursday, approximately 8:45-1:45 or 9-2. Confidentiality is key in this role. The position entails checking in patients, completing information forms, setting up files, answering phone calls and scheduling, preparing letters, forms and reports for schools, lawyers, insurance companies, scanning, and posting payments for copays. Knowledge of MS Word is required as well as passing a background check.

Work with manager on special enhancement projects and assist tenants with small upgrades and mechanical issues. Plowing and light shoveling during winter. All tools and vehicles provided. Candidate should have a diverse experience in the trades, be able to work independently with ambition and proven decision making skills.
