Field Service Technician / Access Gate Technician

Position Overview:
As the hiring partner for the Seacoast leading alarm integration provider we are assisting management to add an additional Alarm Technician to their team. This role will provide fire alarm system installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot fire alarm system issues, including wiring and device failures.
  • Program and configure panels and devices from leading manufacturers (e.g., Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell, Silent Knight).
  • Complete detailed documentation for inspections, service calls, and installations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Stay updated on codes, standards, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Low Voltage Electrical Knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
  • Travel to job sites using company vehicle within Seacoast NH and York County
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Fence Installer / General Laborer

As the hiring coordinator for GC/AAA Fence we are adding 3 additional installers to the crew due to new projects. This is an immediate opening. with weekly payroll - 40 hours a week. Management anticipates installations through the colder season unless weather is prohibitive.

The Installation Laborers are responsible for construction and installation of premium fences such as vinyl, wood and chain-link, pergolas, arbors, mailbox and lantern posts, and other custom structures. This position will work directly with the Crew Lead to ensure successful construction of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
The requirements for the Installation Laborer are as follows:

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of install sites by digging holes and trenches with both heavy equipment, motorized and hand tools
  • Follow assembly and installation plans and instruction

  • Assembling and securing segments of fencing, providing measurements, leveling and determining solutions to ground conditions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading material delivery vehicles.
  • Site clean-up.
  • Crews travel throughout the Seacoast, Southern NH, York County and Eastern MA. All travel is in company vehicles.
Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills. Ability to use manual and digital measuring devices.
