It's open enrollment time! Our client with 300+ employees located in the seacoast area needs your expertise in benefits administration. In this benefit administrator role, you will be assisting the staff with changes that need to be made to their plans, answering questions about benefits, distributing materials for benefit orientations like summary plan descriptions. Also, coordinating and planning for new insurance sign ups and changes, oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records. Allocate group health and dental claims monthly and review quarterly. Audit the accuracy and performance of functions. Candidates with similar experience and flexibility with loose end date of assignment will be strongly considered. With all contract roles, there is always a possibility of being hired. Qualified candidates will have a proven work history as a Benefits Administrator and knowledge of ADP. Must enjoy working in a team and collaborative atmosphere!
