Client Success Manager - Remote

​This exciting opportunity is a new opening for a fun and dynamic company located in the seacoast area of New Hampshire.  This position has the capability to be remote or hybrid for right candidate.  In this role,  The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while keeping open lines of direct communication with clients, in-house team members, and partners. This person will be working closely with project managers.  Customer service is number one as this position is interacting with critical clients on a regular basis.  Qualified candidates must have a proven work history in a client success role and have industry knowledge of digital technology or hardware/software in banking.
