Serve as the internal client advocate and provide balance to the design and implementation teams and provide direction. Build and manage internal and external resources required to complete projects from design through implementation. Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
Oversee revenue goals and projected margin expectations. Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
Review as-builts, study client specifications to determine appropriate construction means and methods, cost tracking, quality control systems. Oversee all progress and update status reports to Construction Management as well as the client. Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes. Most suitable backgrounds to achieve success in this role will be Building Design or Construction Administration.
