Customer Service Representative - Technical

​Our client is looking to add to their dynamic team!  The right person for this role will appreciate the value of making sure that the customer is receiving outstanding service.  The Customer Service Representative will be working closely with customers as well as internal teams.  Some of the responsibilities are troubleshooting system issues, distributing sales orders, assist with formal quotes when equipment is out of the warranty period, data reconciliation in Excel, and basic client training on web applications.  Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills by phone and email, problem solving skills both as a team and independently, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Adobe.  A background check is required.
