You will play a pivotal role developing and advancing experience strategies and translating business objectives into appealing brand narratives in the retail environment. Your days will involve providing strategic guidance, developing conceptual strategies and designs, leading the process of design creation, ideations, concept development and concept presentation. Oversee and manage the quality and accuracy of the design documentation, visual communication, and storytelling methodology. Lead, manage, coach and develop the environmental branding design team. Evaluate and apply techniques to expand design talent, expertise, technical skills and presentation skills. Maintains current knowledge of design trends in the retail/financial/hospitality industry and monitors global trends, new design techniques, trends and applicable software.
Considered candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field as well as experience in Brand Strategy and Environmental Graphic Design with strong portfolio that demonstrates a track record of creating and executing innovative work in retail, hospitality, and exhibit design.
