RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct supervisor of assigned employees including interviewing, hiring , training, and developing technical employees.
• Specializing in the identification, development, and commercialization if new products.
• Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, operations, engineering, quality, and finance teams.
• Plan and manage all aspects of New Product Development projects.
• Be instrumental in process improvement.
• Focus on customer solutions that increase customer sales.
• Anticipate future customer needs by designing flexibility into product.
• Provide competitive product analysis.
• Develop annual budgets.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Degree in Engineering
• 10+ years relevant product engineering experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Familiar with the StageGate process
