DIRECT HIRE POSITION: CDL Class B Truck Driver – Local Delivery
Full-Time | 6:30AM – 3:00PM
As the hiring partner for a well-established food wholesaler serving Strafford County and surrounding communities, McIntosh Staffing Resources is seeking a dependable CDL Class B Truck Driver for a local delivery route. This is a steady, full-time position with consistent daytime hours and no overnight travel. This company has excellent benefits!
Position Overview
The CDL Class B Driver will operate a commercial straight truck to deliver dry goods, frozen foods and produce to restaurants, retail accounts, and institutional customers. Trucks are preloaded by Overnight Warehouse Team. Drivers are home daily and work a predictable schedule.
Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class B commercial truck safely and efficiently
• Complete local delivery routes throughout Southern NH and Southern ME.
• Unload PreLoaded Truck of food products using hand truck or pallet jack
• Verify invoices and obtain delivery signatures
• Maintain accurate delivery and DOT documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Provide professional, customer-focused service

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B License
• Qualified to receive DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move product up to 100 lbs
• Strong reliability and attendance

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay: $22–$28 depending on experience
