Field Service Manager - Portsmouth

Duties include, management of technical operations division performed by field service technicians servicing northeast regional clients.

• Assist all electro-mechanical technicians with customer deliverables and satisfaction.
• Maintain installation and service windows according to market goals.
• Guide help desk representatives with troubleshooting and escalated calls.
• Development of effective procedural issues to achieve company mission for clients retention.
• Improve and maintain inventory control procedures in coordination with warehouse management, service tech ride alongs, and training both staff and clients for new product introductions.
• Coordinate all executive management directives involving budgets, growth trajectory and new product lines.
• This position is a cross functional role within the company and is part of a greater team involved in the company's strategic planning, financial trajectory and organizational collaboration.

Successful candidates would be able to offer leadership experience and electro-mechanical acumen as well as a flair for business to business relationships and diplomacy.
