This position will entail assisting in both the real estate brokerage side and real estate development/ construction side of the business. Management of multiple enterprises income and expenses, reconciliations, tracking of all real estate transactions, coordinating relationships with lending companies, processing payroll through ADP, implementing of any technology changes and updates, and a variety of management reporting with make up the position. Bookkeeping skills will be applied through QuickBooks, tax assistance is coordinated with the CPA. Real Estate knowledge would be a big plus.
