Gate/Fence Field Service Technician

Responsibilities will include installation, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair and programming of security gate access and video systems for industrial, government, residential and commercial property sites.
. Work with team or individually for onsite technical calls travel in company vehicle throughout NH and Southern ME.
. Install, program, maintain and repair location access systems.
. Install conduit and effectively run cable/wire for electrical connectivity.
. Program remote and onsite access units.
. Provide customer service and train customers on use and re-coding for units.
Successful candidates should possess mechanical and electronic acumen and education or job experience in a technical electro mechanical field. Ability to explain technical instructions to non technical customers. Comfortable with customer service processes. Professional presence and an interest in growing in a career. Leadership progression available.
