What the job will entail.
Responsibilities include working cross functionally with manufacturing, and sales to facilitate long lasting relationships with customer base.  

• Serve as point of contact for receiving and processing customer orders.
• Effectively communicate internally and externally and work to resolve any issues; with team members, customers and  production staff.
• Liaison with manager on new customer information gathering process as requested by the Sales Representative.
• Determines Job urgency and priorities to satisfy customer requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Maintains statuses on assigned customer open order reports for management reporting.
• Prepares and sends quotations, following signatory and approval procedures, to customers and appropriate customer                sales representatives.
• Quote follow up on all orders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Remediate transaction discrepancies.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
