Inventory/Purchasing Coordinator | Growth Focused Team | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator who understands inventory flow, vendor returns, price negotiating with vendors, and reconciliation.
This is not a general administrative role—this position owns inventory accuracy and return processing from start to finish.

• Process customer and vendor returns (tracking, routing, resolution)
• Coordinate inventory used in repairs and ensure proper documentation
• Run weekly and monthly inventory reports for leadership
• Manage stocking orders for critical parts and materials
• Act as a key liaison between departments to keep operations flowing smoothly
• Negotiate pricing with vendors for the best price
