Do you love technology and have prior experience in the world of IT? Our client needs you! They are looking for someone who, in an ideal world, has Salesforce experience, but more importantly, be able to think outside of the box. Being able to see how changes that are made to the system will affect others within the organization so that it is a smooth transition with upgrades,etc. This person will be supporting the IT Department by responding to the staff's requests/questions in a timely manner, maintain internal problem logs, and assist with any new software or system enhancement releases. Advanced knowledge of Excel is critical as well as a foundation in computer science and knowledge behind software /databases. This is a long-term temp assignment that could possibly lead to direct hire down the road. The hours are approximately 24 hours a week.
