Using your strategic mindset you will ensure that all clients’ initiatives are delivered successfully on budget and on schedule.
In this capacity you will report to the VP of Client Strategies. In this role you will manage large client initiatives some on a global scale, develop strategies and directing cross functional support teams for productive and timely deliverables. As the manager you will oversee the high value client programs which will involve planning, collaborating, records management, training, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling team activities.
Due to the nature of the work a background in construction, retail or banking will give you a broader understanding of their services niche. Proven full scale program management experienced is required. Proposal writing, estimating and budget development, cost analysis and projection expertise as well as the ability to function consultatively developing needs analysis experience will make you the a strong candidate.
A Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field and seasoned experience working in a professional retail or project management environment. Strong regional/national/multi-national retail-brand leadership experience who understands the opportunities and puzzles individual and clusters of retail environments are faced with from both investment and brand channel standpoints is ideal.
