This new role has been created to assist Production Manager with workload and supervisory needs. In this role you will oversee performance, project initiation to completion, analyze costs and profits as well as identifying production inefficiencies and provide solution design. A key qualifier will be your ability to present ideas in different formats, have sound financial understanding of budgeting as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problem areas with diplomacy. Manufacturing Management or Lead experience required.
