Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients that are inquiring about their healthcare bills.
• Review and analyze claim to accurately communicate with patient.
• Resolve discrepancies related to medical records, billing errors, or insurance denials efficiently and professionally
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection efforts and account status updates within software system.
• Monitor healthcare claims management processes to optimize collections and reduce outstanding balances
• Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses for management review
• Support audit preparations by maintaining accurate records of all collection efforts

Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders
