Assist Event Manager with office coordination for state of the art event venue that hosts weddings, corporate retreats, charitable fund raising events and holiday affairs. Coordinate incoming calls and share information with prospects about venue options, schedules, costs and related vendors. Oversee social media postings and photographs of different events to promote facility. Provide general office support to include data input of accounts payable, payroll and prepare deposits in QuickBooks. Track and timeline upcoming events for deposits and food and beverage decisions. This is a part time position for 25 flexible hours a week. This position could be a full time position should candidate want to combine with front of the house supervision duties for food and beverage staff and processes.
