Requirements of the Program Manager:

• Ability to travel on occasion
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years project management experience
• Knowledge of banking, retail, construction industry preferred
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent mediation and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Lead and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Facilitate overall project scope through beginning and end
• Maintain communication flow between all parties involved on each project
• Write proposals
• Present project ideas to all parties
