Program Support Assistant - Remote

Work from home opportunity through August with the possibility of extension!  Part-time initially (20 hours) with the possibility of 40 hours starting in June.
In this role, the Program Support Assistant will be responsible for current and historical student record-keeping within the Registrar’s Office, along with designing forms and processes to obtain needed information from students. This individual will be the primary frontward facing member of the Registrar’s Office, interacting directly with students, faculty, and staff to assist them with their needs and connect them with the appropriate resources.
Qualifications
Associates degree; 3-5 years experience

• Customer service experience, preferably in a higher education environment
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and function professionally under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and interact with diverse individuals.
