Assist Event Manager with administrative and light bookkeeping tasks for state of the art event venue that hosts weddings, corporate retreats, charitable fund raising events and holiday affairs. Coordinate incoming calls and share information with prospects about venue options, schedules, costs and related vendors. Oversee social media postings and photographs of different events to promote facility. Provide general office support to include data input of accounts payable, payroll and prepare deposits in QuickBooks. Track and timeline upcoming events for deposits and food and beverage decisions. This is a part time position that is around 25 hours a week, possibly more during the busy season. Qualified candidates should be knowledgeable with QuickBooks, basic accounting, and strong social media skills. Weekends are required.
