This company is all about making sure their customers are happy! They are looking to add a P/T Customer Service Representative that also values the importance of customer success! In this role, you will be reaching out to established customers to check on their service to make sure they are happy, see if there is anything else they need, follow-up on repairs, educate them on the ease of utilizing their website, and more. This is approximately 20 hours a week and is temp to hire. Previous customer service experience is a must!
