About the responsibilities
On a weekly basis, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field with your team members coaching them on prospecting, conducting first appointments, giving presentations, and closing. Working for this regional leader of business products you will provide consultative selling and continuous training and update product awareness to instill confident product presentations. Craft complex proposals with a high degree of confidence and strategic thought, using Excel, PowerPoint.
Lead your team in generating trust and loyalty and understanding that clients have more value than customers. Be the example of a simplified workflow? Maintain knowledge of upward trends and keep your team abreast of industry changes.
Experience with multi transactional B2B sales between $5 - $50K. Prior Management of 2 - 10 employees. You are a coach and a born leader. You see the value of a peer to peer team approach and you can easily instill enthusiasm. Be the model of exceptional sales competence. You are the voice of management initiatives and an organized trainer. Your expertise is the close, you are the driver and the deal maker.
