Customer Service Representative - Portsmouth

It all starts with YOU! Be the “face of the business” in this extensive customer oriented role as you take charge of each project for this rapidly growing marketing communication company. Bring your passion for organization, planning and customer relations as you will work with each customer and sow the seeds of their projects. Working with the production team you will coordinate estimates, initiate orders, and ultimately track and coordinate workflow and daily timelines, as the project grows. You will manage all customer communication as the point person for updates, changes and troubleshooting to ensure the company rally cry of “#1 in customer satisfaction” is achievable.
This position requires a forward thinking, confident, results oriented personality that has the flexibility to work in a reactive industry. No day will be the same.
