They will refer you to open positions with their clients and/or market your credentials to a number of employers that employ your skill set. Our services are paid for by the employers that work with us to find talented individuals like you. Each of our recruiters focus on different career fields. You will be assigned a recruiter once your resume is reviewed. We will contact you phone or email to discuss what your parameters are.
Once placed with one of our clients we will stay with you on the outside, checking in periodically to ensure your satisfaction. Equally we stay in touch with your new employer to ensure they are equally as happy with your services. If there are any concerns with either party our recruiters will coordinate to ensure a positive outcome.
