We take the coordination off your hands and assume all payroll administration. Once you place a job order McIntosh Staffing Resources will get started immediately recruiting, scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and reviewing safety. They will coordinate criminal background checks, credit checks, education checks, DOT physicals, and drug testing.   We will handle all the payroll and employee relations. It’s all included when you work with the McIntosh Team. Our staff participates in regular updates with the Department of Labor and can ensure your business we are legally compliant in all of our business partnerships.

Friday is Pay Day!

All employees carry a time card that we have you sign at the end of the week. Payroll is sent the following week and all state and federal deductions are managed and paid by us. We are fully ensured with liability insurance, bond insurance  as well as a workers compensation policy.    None of our employees ever count against your Department of Employment Security account once the assignment ends.
