Reduced Cost Workforce Payrolling
At McIntosh Staffing Resources we aim to assist our customers in hiring the most qualified candidates for their requirements. Although a significant number of these candidates are sourced by our own recruiters, at times, our clients bring forward potential hires they have found on their own.
McIntosh Staffing Resources offers Payrolling Services to help companies efficiently manage their indirect workforce. Acting as the employer of record, we take on all liabilities related to your non-permanent workers. Our team handles the payroll processing including tax contributions to both state and federal agencies, unemployment insurance, staffing liability and workers' compensation insurance, and can offer employer health benefits.
Our team absorbs the relationship management and payroll administration protecting you from sensitive co-employment issues and misclassifications utilizing independent contractors.
How does it work?
Tell us what pay rates you would like us to pay the employees, work hours and if you want a weekly or biweekly payroll cycle. We’ll take care of the rest. Your staff member will receive a paycheck from us the same day the rest of your in-house team does.
Like having a second pair of hands we will provide background checks, drug screening, onboarding, government I9 and eVerify compliance, time and attendance tracking, direct deposit and benefit administration.
Should you choose to bring your indirect employee onto your payroll there are no conversion fees.
These services are all priced for deep savings.
In fact, McIntosh Staffing Resources is proud to be the Payrolling Vendor for the State of New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation Program amongst many other businesses.
A McIntosh Representative can answer all your Workforce Payrolling questions. Call 603-742-8325
