Once you are a registered applicant with us you will be on our call list for positions that match your skill set. Our recruiters will contact you by phone, or email and review the position, length of assignment, location, pay rate, commuting time, dress code, equipment needs and safety exposures. When on assignment we keep you in the loop on the satisfaction of your assignment supervisor and any other communications our clients would like us to share with you.

How do I get paid?

While on assignment, McIntosh Staffing  Division will be your employer of record however you will be assigned to a work location with one of our clients.  We will provide you with a paycheck based on the hours of actual work time.   We pay overtime hours, shift differentials, vacation, holidays, health and insurance and will make deductions in accordance with state and federal laws.  In the unlikely event of an accident you would be covered under our insurances.
