Job Description: These positions involve a multi-step process involving data entry, customer service, review for clerical accuracy, research, assembly of printed booklets and mail packaging.
These positions can give you a foot in the door to US Government employment as well as career advancement. We have multiple positions available for midday and second shifts. The center offers a pleasant work culture and celebrates success of team members achieving efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities: In this team oriented environment your day will include...
  • Application Processing: Open applications, review and process passports in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Photo Image Control: Reviewing photographs for accuracy with applications and sealing into booklets
  • Data Entry: Accurately input applicant information into the passport processing system. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, clarifying requirements, and offering guidance to applicants.
  • Document Verification: Verify the authenticity of supporting documents submitted with passport applications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of completed applications to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth processing of passport applications.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy and government security protocols.
Government Mandated Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship
  • REAL ID
  • Credit Worthiness
  • No criminal history
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in rotating processes
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an office setting
  • Ability to work with computers with ease and input data efficiently
  • Ability to move up to 45 pounds
Security Clearance Required: This is a US Government secure facility. Employment is conditional on the ability to pass government required criminal and public trust security clearance and credit check.  REAL ID or US Passport is required by first day of employment.

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Servers to join our team. As an Event Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our client's guests.

The Schedule: If it works with your schedule... great! If not, that is ok. We will call you with the next date. Our clients can also be flexible with hours as well... let us know your availability. We work with the most popular caterers, event venues, and conference facilities located in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Southern Maine as well as a variety of venues in northern New Hampshire.
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to assisting with the final details before the event, serving at a buffet or passing out plated dinners, and clean-up. We also have a need for bartenders occasionally. Events include graduation celebrations, weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and more!
Qualifications: You must love to have fun and thrive where customer service is the top priority! Experience is preferred but they will train. Superior customer service skills and always working with a smile is a must!
