As the hiring partner for a national supplier of paper processing equipment we are now accepting resumes for the following dynamic role.
In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for their company, providing technical support. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical hardware and machine programing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to client service. The service team will provide a fast track training program to familiarize you with their product lines.
Responsibilities
This role is perfect for someone with a background in electromechanical, HVAC, automotive, computer repair, or industrial maintenance who wants to transition into a technical support role where you guide customers through solutions over the phone instead of physically taking equipment apart.
You’ll use your hands-on knowledge to diagnose issues, walk customers through fixes, and deliver an outstanding service.
  • Provide technical support and customer service to clients and resellers
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues over the phone and via remote support tools
  • Guide customers step-by-step through diagnosing and resolving equipment problems
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional, solutions-focused communication
  • Manage and prioritize service tickets and incoming support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issue

Your Responsibilities

  • Document Verification: Confirm authenticity of identification and supporting materials

Qualifications
