Provide technical assistance to the company’s external customers such as product end users, such as managers, safety officers, and engineers as well as perspective customers answering their technical questions concerning our products and supply parts. In addition, the position provides technical assistance to Marketing, Sales, and Customer service personnel. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of our products under warranty and assist the customer in this area when they come in in person.
