The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, coordinating auditing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and financial reporting. Duties: - Lead the finance team by conducting weekly meetings, allocating the work across the team, implement and manage quality control processes, and monitor the work of the team members. - Prepare, compile, and analyze monthly financial reporting. - Cash flow management/reporting. - Budgeting/forecasting. - Support month-end and year-end close process as well as annual audit. - Implement and manager A/P and A/R processes. - Tax preparation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of GAAP. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Excellent financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial concepts This is an in-office position.
